The traditional Laguiole cutlery is recognizable by the distinctive bee insignia and the scored steel spine that runs the length of the traditional wooden handle. Originally used by shepherds, the Laguiole knives and cheese tools are often imitated - our cheese service, handmade in France by Claude Dozorme, is made by one of the oldest and most well known of the Laguiole craftsmen.
18/10 stainless steel blade with solid brass rivets and olivewood handle. Each piece measures 7.5" long and is packaged in a handsome wooden gift box.
